We reserve the right to make changes our baskets due to availability. Please also note that all fruits are seasonal and may not be available all year round. The baskets may also differ slightly from the images shown on the website. 

Some items may contain nuts, particularly the Turkish Delight, chocolate, fruit and nut baskets. if you are unsure please contact us to enquire or request further information. 

Belle's Fruit Baskets Limited reserves the right to refuse to accept any order in either whole or part. Belle's Fruit Baskets Limited also does not give any warranties or make representations (express or implied) in this website or the products and will not be liable for any loss or damages that may arise. Your statutory rights are not affected as a consumer. 

Belle's Fruit Baskets reserves the right to make changes to this website and all terms and conditions at any time. 

Refunds and Cancellation 


You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours. We would be more than happy to honour any cancellation provided that you email us promptly at Please ensure that you include your full name, order number and reasons as to why you wish to cancel your order. We will then aim to revert back to you within 48 hours in order to confirm receipt, process the cancellation and refund you the amount paid in full.


In the event that 24 hours has passed and you still wish to cancel your order, please email with your reasons and we will aim to assist you. There will however, be no guarantee that we will be able to refund any amount where the 24 hour timeframe has passed and it will be up to the customer service's teams discretion. 


As the majority of our items are perishable goods i.e fresh fruit these cannot be returned. There are however some items that are available as an add on to our baskets and these may be eligible for a refund.   

For items that do qualify for a refund our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please email with the full details and we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours. Please do not send your purchase back until you have received an email from us asking you to do so.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We advise that you consider using a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Damaged Goods 

As the majority of our products are fresh perishable goods, we are unable to accept any returns. If your product has been damaged in transit or you are unhappy with the condition that it has arrived in please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email providing full details. We ask that in any email you provide your full name, order number and take a photograph of the product. Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of our decision. As the items are fresh fruit, they cannot be returned and therefore we may offer you a refund, partial refund or add credit to your account. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
